1. Returns
- If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”).
- To exercise this right, you must inform us within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition unless faulty.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return) using the original payment method.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@rennsport.email
